In a world ravaged by war, Wonwoo is a soldier and awakened Guide known as a ‘Purifier’. After losing all his comrades, he is suddenly pulled into a parallel world through a thick and mysterious fog. It's there that Wonwoo encounters a dying version of himself, and given the opportunity to continue life as his counterpart in this other world.

"Please, don’t live a life made meaningless by regret…"

He is astonished to find that, in this new world, all his comrades who were once dead are still alive. Wonwoo resolves to find them and use his abilities to help them—and in so doing, crosses paths with Gye Yoon, the ruler of the North.
