Xiao Se and Lei Wujie have set off on their journey to Xueyue City, witnessing the winds of Shangguan, blooming flowers of Xiaguan, and the moonlit reflections in Erhai Lake. Upon arriving at the gates of Xueyue City, they are halted by the Dengtian Pavilion. They must first pass the new challenges put upon them by the Pavilion, but little did they know that their passage would mark a storm of bloodshed all around them.
