Slow-burn with smut

I have a love-hate relationship with these kind of stuff. From one side, I love the characters's developments, other side, I hate when all it have is misunderstandings and they don't talk, so the story never go anywhere.
Anyway, the smut is good (once it happens), so let's say it is worthy to wait.
