Taekyung, our main character, was born poor but she always tried to live life with a positive attitude. That is, until a crisis forced her to take out a loan from a sketchy capital firm just to make ends meet.

More than half of her paycheck goes straight to paying off that debt, and she was busting her ass to make every payment. Then one day, a bunch of loan sharks showed up at her door. Without knowing what was going on, she instinctively makes a run for it.

A wild chase kicks off, and in a panic, Taekyung dives into a random car parked on the street. But who does she find in the passenger seat? None other than Haejoo, the daughter of the president of the very company she's indebted to. Completely shocked, Taekyung slams the car straight into a wall.

She wakes up in a hospital room, lying next to Haeju, where they both realize they were actually classmates in high school.

“I’m sorry. I seriously don’t have any money. I’ll figure out how to–”

“You can pay me back with something other than money.”

“...How about with your love?”
